Prices are fixed at the date & time of order form sent in, strictly no changes of pricing due to promotions being put up at a later period.
Do allow slight colour/measurement difference in the pictures due to lightings.
Deadbuyers or cancelation of orders without valid reason will be blacklisted.
Deposits are non-refundable.
PAYMENT
All payment are to be made within 24 hours of the confirmation email.
YourWardrobeStaples accepts POSB/DBS and UOB ibanking or ATM transfer.
If you do not own a bank account, do drop us an email at yourwardrobestaples@gmail.com for payment details.
A clear snapshot of the transaction receipt is strictly required for all ATM deposit transactions, due to varification purposes. Failure to do so, your order will not be accepted and no refund will be made.
Please do not make payment if the ATM machine is faulty, and does not provide receipts.
Payment will be refunded if stocks runs out.
ORDERING
1. Place an order for the items you wish to purchase.
2. Invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours.
3. Make payment within 24 hours of the confirmation email.
4. After making payment, reply to us with your payment details.
DELIVERY
All parcels are mailed by Singpost. Speed of delivery is solely determined by Singpost.
1. Normal postage ($1.50, free normal postage for more than 2 items)
YourWardrobeStaples will not be liable for any lost or damaged parcels through Normal postage, we highly advise our customers to opt for Registered postage.

Postage charges may differ, depending on the weight of the product that you purchased.
YourWardrobeStaples only mail out parcels on weekdays. Please allow 1-3 days for your item to reach you after mailing the items.
BACKORDER
Backorder items can take 2-4 weeks to arrive, please order only if you are willing to wait.
No payment = No orders
No backing out from orders after payment is made. Please check your details thoroughly before sending in your order.
YourWardrobeStaples will not be responsible for any delays in shipment due to delay by supplier or courier services.
YourWardrobeStaples is not liable if the item is not up to your expectation or the item does not reflect 100% of the picture. No refund will be done in this case.
YourWardrobeStaples reserve the rights to cancel backorders due to bad response or when items are out of stock. Full refund will be done in this case. Payment will be refunded if stocks run out.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Strictly no exchange/refund will be made.
Under certain circumstances, where the item sent to you is wrong/faulty, an exchange is applicable. A refund will be made only if the item is out of stock.
In case of exchange/refund, original item must reach us within 7 working days, after confirmation email. Failure to do so, exchange or refund process will be voided.
YourWardrobeStaples will not be responsible for any lost mail during the exchange/refund process.
